The most valuable assets of any organization is its human resources and One of the markets which managers in particular play a role is Tehran Stock Exchange and Capital Market. Such managers can run investment resources effectively and ensure high return on investment for investors. This study aims to identify successful Mutual Fund manager characterestics and to prioritize them according to their contribution. In this study in the first step, by qualitative research method To explore peoples minds 15 in-depth interviews with successful mutual fund managers were conducted using content analysis approach. These managers were selected on the basis of best performance according to Sharp and Sortino index. The results of semi-structured interviews were categorized into Five dimensions including "Behavioral", "Technical", "Personality", "Managerial" and "Interpersonal". in the second step, based on results of the qualitative phase, a questionnaire consist of 27 items was designed to determine the importance of individual dimensions and components. Data were collected from 108 questionnaires were analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis that showed all dimensions & components were statistically confirmed. Friedman test for priorities of successful Mutual Fund managers dimensions showed that; interpersonal dimension was the most important one, and personality, behavioral, technical and managerial dimensions rank second to fifth respectively.
