طراحی نقشه استراتژی شرکت‌های تأمین سرمایه

چکیده

توجه به شرکت‌های تأمین سرمایه به‌عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین نهادهای مالی جهت توسعه اقتصادی کشور بسیار حائز اهمیت می­باشد. با توجه به گستردگی حجم فعالیت‌های این شرکت­ها وجود یک انسجام و اتحاد درون سازمانی و طراحی نقشه استراتژی جهت رسیدن به استراتژی کل سازمان لازم است. برای دستیابی به نقشه استراتژی، ابتدا با مراجعه به ادبیات تحقیق و نظر اساتید خبره، در مجموع 42 هدف استراتژیک در چهار منظر نقشه شناسایی شد. سپس با انجام مطالعات میدانی 27 هدف از این اهداف برای شرکت تأمین سرمایه نهایی شد. سپس با استفاده از تکنیک دیماتل روابط علی– معلولی بین اهداف و نیز ساختار اهداف از حیث اثرگذاری و اثرپذیری مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج تکنیک نشان داد که هر کدام از اهداف استراتژیک شرکت با تمامی اهداف دیگر اثرگذار و اثرپذیر می­باشد؛ منتها شدت اثرگذاری و اثرپذیری متفاوت می­باشد. بر اساس یک تحلیل ده هدفی که بیشترین اثرگذاری را از دید خبرگان به خود اختصاص دادند اهداف استراتژیک عبارت بودند از: رشد سودآوری کل شرکت، بهبود بازدهی نهایی سرمایه­گذاری، رشد درآمد هر سهم شرکت، بهبود گردش دارایی‌ها ، بهبود توانگری مالی، بهبود ساختار سرمایه، اتوماسیونی کردن فرایندهای شرکت، رشد سهم بازار شرکت (تعداد مشتریان) ، نوآوری در خدمات و  رشد سود حاصل از هر یک از خدمات شرکت.

چکیده [English]

Consideration of capital financing companies as one of the most important financial institutions for economic development of the country is very important. Considering the size of the activities of these companies, there is a need for a coherence and inter-organizational alliance and the design of a strategy map to achieve the overall strategy of the organization. In order to achieve the strategy map, first, by referring to the research literature and expert opinion of the professors, a total of 42 strategic objectives were identified in four perspectives. Subsequently, with the conduct of field studies, 27 the Daimalt technique, the causal relationships between the goals and the structure of the goals were analyzed for effectiveness and effectiveness.The results of the technique showed that each of the strategic goals of the company is effective and effective for all other purposes; however, the severity of the impact and the effectiveness is different. According to a ten-point analysis, the strategic goals were to increase the company's profitability, improve the final return on investment, increase earnings per share of the company, improve asset turnover, improve financial well-being, improve Capital structure, automation of company processes, growth of the market share of the company (number of customers), innovation in services and growth of profit from each of the company's services.
