بالابودن رشد فروش، رهبری در صنعت و تأثیر رقابت در بازار محصول بر سرمایه‌گذاری شرکتی

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر رقابت در بازار محصول بر میزان سرمایه‌گذاری شرکت است. در شرایط رقابتی، شرکت‌ها سرمایه‌گذاری خود را افزایش می‌دهند. باوجود‌این، بالابودن رشد فروش تأثیر رقابت بر سرمایه‌گذاری را افزایش می‌دهد؛ همچنین در این شرایط شرکت‌های رهبر در صنعت، سرمایه‌گذاری بیشتری انجام می‌دهند. برای بررسی تجربی این موضوع، اطلاعات 83 شرکت پذیرفته‌شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران در بین سال‌های 1387 تا 1394 مورد‌تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که به‌طورکلی با افزایش رقابت، میزان سرمایه‌گذاری شرکت‌ها افزایش می‌یابد. همچنین این نتیجه به‌‌دست آمده است که به‌طورکلی در شرایط رقابتی، شرکت‌هایی که از وضعیت مناسبی در صنعت برخوردارند و به‌اصطلاح رهبران صنعت محسوب می‌شوند، میزان سرمایه‌گذاری‌ را افزایش می‌دهند.

چکیده [English]

This paper aims to investigate the impacts of product market competition on the corporate investment. Firms increase their investment when there is competition. However, high growth sale increases the impacts of product market competition on the corporate investment. In this position also, industry leaders invest more than before. For empirical review, data related 83 firms in Tehran stock exchange, during 2006-2015 were analyzed. Overall, the results obtained indicate that with increase of product market competition, corporate investment will be increased. Overall, the results be obtained also, firms which have a good position in their industry, and the so-called are industry leaders, increase their investment, when there is competition.
